Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

A: Yes, with advance notice. Our policy is:

  • If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged.

  • If you cancel 12 hours in advance, you will be charged ½ price.

  • If you do not show up for your appointment and you do not let your tutor know in advance, you will be charged full price.
